mayfete

Mayfete is a big deal for the senior girls. The senior girls buy cute dresses and they get introduced. Then all the underclass men girls put together dances and perform them in front of the seniors. They have the may fete court where anyone who is on the court has to wear a white dress and gets introduced last. They go by classes so the freshmen show one of their dances then the sophomores then the juniors. They also have a tumbling dance. Then may pole is really neat to watch they braid alot of streamers around the pole. And at the end of may fete they have a father daughter dance. Its usually really sad. This and graduation is a really big deal to a senior girl.

Prom

Prom is a big event at Paris High School. There are so many things to worry about. Finding a date, picking out the perfect dress, and deciding what group to go in. When your a junior or senior you can pick your date so its not as much stress as waiting on someone to ask you. Then you have to get a dress and make sure that no one else gets the same one. You can't forget about the shoes to go with too. Then there's the group you go in. You don't want to end up in a group with a bunch of people you don't like so that can be pretty stressful. Then you have to decide if you want to go to grand march or not. But going through all this is worth it when you actually go to prom.

Homecoming week

Homecoming week is a really fun week. There's so many activites that week. Powderpuff is one of the important events Powderpuff is flag football but for girls. The freshmen play the juniors, then the sophomores play the seniors. Whoever wins those games goes to the finals and whoever wins the last game wins powderpuff. Then on that friday there is class games. There many different events that each class can win to get points for their grade. Whoever gets the most points wins homecoming week and gets a big trophy. Homecoming is one of many important weeks of school!

junior year

Your junior year is pretty fun. There isn't really any extremely hard classes that you have to take. It's a fun year and by now your use to everything and you know how everything works. You now know who you can and can't trust and by now you know that guys come and go. It seems to fly by and you take it for granted. Before long your picking out your prom dress and choosing which hair style you like best. Finally you can ask someone to go with you instead of waiting on a junior or senior to ask you. Junior year is alot of fun and it goes by so fast and before you know it it's almost over. But junior year is pretty sad too because you start to think that next year your going to be a senior and after that everyone goes there seperate ways.
